You know I have a soft spot in my heart for these American-Made pieces. This is a well preserved American made Rawlings Heart of the Hide catcher mitt/ glove.
LEC - February of 1995, 01 - Horween Tannery Leather (most desirable). Most mitts at the time, were closed/fastback, so this Open/Conventional-back makes this piece relatively rare. Just last week, I fully relaced the glove in brand new black Leather lacing.
Interior palm-leather has some checking and crazing but I can assure you it is strong and stable. Ready for play, or display!!! Please see all pictures to make your own determinations in regards to condition. Please let me know if I can take any additional pictures.
Please feel free to ask questions, I love talking gloves! I have other high-end gloves up as well, so please check out my other items! If you don't see the type of glove you are interested in, hit me With a message... I bet I have something similar ready to be restored/listed!
